Welcome to the site

by Josh Garner on March 10, 2010

Hey guys,

I’m a former “skinny guy” who always struggled with gaining muscle. I had what they call a ‘bird chest’—I was embarrassed to even wear a t-shirt. Through years of trial and error and learning the best chest exercises out there, I finally broke through and was able to put on good muscle mass.

I put this site together as resource for other people looking for the best chest workouts. I will continue to update with the best chest exercise, mass-building routines and information on great mass-building workout programs.

If you are looking for the best of the best workout programs, check out our page Best Chest Exercise Programs. We review the top programs out there.

Otherwise, just poke around the site and check out the workout articles we have here. We’ll be adding new ones all the time, so be sure to bookmark us. Also, feel free to comment on any of the the articles, that’s the best way for me to know what kind of workout information you are looking for.

Oh, and sign up for our newsletter below if you have a second, I’ll be sending free tips and tricks for gaining mass – don’t worry, I hate spam and will never sell your email.

Here’s to building a bigger chest,

- Josh
